I measured and got 1200 sq feet.

Quote 1: 1336 sq feet.  
                 $4160 for labor, wallbase, 6ml plastic.
Total w/floor would be $10,900 based on her gross overcaluation of 1336 sf.

Quote 2:  $1258 sf 
                  $10,700 for everything including molding

So I think quoter #2 is padding it way too much, which makes her all untrustworthy.  And she wanted to install a seam in the middle of the floor.  A seam in wood.    We are removing the walnut wood floor to make it all look nice and she wants to make it look like shit?   I don't think so.
